Evaluation and Assessment Reviews

How well does your service/programme operate?
Are your programmes/plans delivering what is required and to time?
Is the methodology still relevant/applicable?

We can:
  1. carry out reviews of whole programmes or parts of programmes
We can assess:
  1. resource use (including personnel and financial)
  2. ethics (consistency and rigour)
  3. management structures and reporting systems
  4. value/quality of record keeping
  5. applicability of methods/methodology
  6. personnel performance and contextual factors
  7. risk, health and safety

Crisis Management and Recovery

Are you a senior Manager who is aware that a health promotion related service is failing to meet contractual targets and facing penalties or worse?
Have departmental organisational and personal relationships become destructive?

In times of crisis it can help to have external help/management. Depending on the nature of the challenge we can either advise existing management or take operational responsibility. Our ethos will be at all times positive and ethical.

We shall:
  1. Do no harm
  2. Use a "no blame" approach to identify issues and problems
  3. Treat people as resource rather than a "problem".
  4. Challenge destructive/negative constructs
  5. Be guided by the evidence as to problems and challenges
  6. Be sensitive to cultural diversity and difference
  7. Generate a "learning environment"
  8. Encourage self awareness and self correction to forestall further failings
Prevention is better than cure. We advise early intervention. If you think something is wrong, it probably is. Get advice before a crisis is reached. It's cheaper and less personally painful.
